A full day retreat immersed with integrative healing, live music, community, & creative expression.

About Frequency

This highly curated event will bring together Baltimore-based healers and creators, including: reiki masters, acupuncturists, sound healers, musicians, and artists. 

We will move in groups through three integrative healing sessions, with time for reflection, meditation, and creative play.

The day concludes at a fire ceremony that leads into a live ambient and healing music set with visiting and local musicians. 

An all-inclusive retreat for transformation and expansion to raise your frequency.

SESSIONS

A Day of Healing

 Guests will be broken into groups that will rotate through various integrative healing sessions throughout the day.

  • We will open with a traditional cacao ceremony to open the heart, followed by breath work and guided meditation to set our intention for the day.

  • Our two reiki masters and energy workers will perform group healing, along with a sound bath and intuitive guidance.

  • Transformational coaching, guided journey, acupuncture, and sound bath to open the heart and confront limiting beliefs that hold us back from aligning with our truth.

  • Shamanic Healing with Soul Activation and sound bath to envision the future and step into your higher self.

  • We will release what no longer serves while gathered around the fire, along with medicine music by Sahffi.

Discover Your Day

Itinerary

  • Sound healing around property as guests arrive.

  • Speaker on Frequency and Integrative Healing, Guided group movement, breathwork, and cacao.

  • Groups go into one of their 3 assigned healing sessions.

  • Groups go into one of their 3 assigned healing sessions.

  • Plant based family-style lunch is served. Guests can wander the grounds, take time for journaling, reflection, meditation, or join any of the outpost activities that will be set up: T-shirt tie-dye, large format group painting, garden sound bath, live music, or clay hand building station. Activities may evolve as we get closer to the event.

  • Groups go into one of their 3 assigned healing sessions.

  • Final gathering to release into the fire, connect, share experience.

  • Live music by Sahffi will be set around the fire and tie into our closing fire ceremony. Food and drink will be served family stylefor guests to eat during music set.

  • Live experimental music set by Adam Badlotto with integrated sound healing and immersive experience. Food and drink will be served family style for guests to eat during music set.

Express Yourself

A Day of Play

Creative outposts will be setup for you to express yourself through painting, tie dye, clayworks, potting, and pumpkin carving. Or wander the grounds, meditation, reflect, listen to music, and connect.
